INFORMATION

Elisha Tawe (b. Yaoundé, Cameroon) is a multidisciplinary artist. His active inquiries into the impacts of the physical and digital realms on the internal worlds of African people and our diaspora, through the examination of private and collective memories, manifest most frequently as films, essays and moving image experiments. These interrogations into the social and economic mechanics of Black life in the 21st century are attempts to not only document, but re-imagine the positionality of Blackness in art and media.

Elisha serves as the Black Culture Editor at Trippin World (Previously Culture Editor at A2.O Magazine). He specialises in film production, direction and editorial writing.
